| This is another easy antenna to make. For pictures
of the "bits" of one of this antenna, have a look here www.ve3sqb.com/hamaerials/on4cfc/id22.htm.
The top dimension in the schematic, however, is wrong. I believe the dimension given is the overall length. The dimension should be about 975mm (= ~2 x the 1/4 wave bottom section)
If you look at the photos, you can see that the top section is about twice the bottom length (not three times as per schematic). I made mine from 10mm and 40mm diameter
aluminium tubing and proved to be a successful antenna. I guess you could call this a coaxial or sleeved J pole.
